This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings are handled on TodoHoliday.com.

Because properties are managed by independent hosts, cancellation terms may vary by listing. The specific policy that applies to your booking will always be shown on the property page before you confirm your reservation.

By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation policy selected by the host.

1. Types of Cancellation Policies

Hosts on TodoHoliday.com may choose one of the following standard cancellation options.

Flexible

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in.

  • If cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable.

  • Cleaning fees (if applicable) are refundable if the stay has not begun.

Moderate

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.

  • If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee is refundable.

  • Cleaning fees are refundable if the stay has not begun.

Strict

  • Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.

  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.

  • Cleaning fees are refundable if the stay has not begun.

Each listing clearly states which cancellation policy applies.

2. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a reservation:

  1. Log into your TodoHoliday.com account.

  2. Go to “My Bookings.”

  3. Select the reservation.

  4. Click “Cancel Booking” and follow the steps.

The time and date of cancellation are determined by the timestamp recorded on the platform.


3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. In most cases, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.

Service fees charged by TodoHoliday.com may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

4. Host Cancellations

If a host cancels your confirmed booking:

  • You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • We will assist you in finding alternative accommodation where possible.

Repeated or unjustified host cancellations may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

5. Changes to Reservations

Requests to modify booking dates, number of guests, or other reservation details are subject to host approval.

Price differences may apply if changes are accepted.

If a host declines a modification request, the original cancellation policy remains in effect.

6. No-Shows

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not cancel in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the listing’s cancellation policy.


7. Early Departures

If you choose to leave before the scheduled check-out date, refunds will depend on the listing’s cancellation terms and the host’s discretion.

8. Extenuating Circumstances

In certain exceptional situations, TodoHoliday.com may override the standard cancellation policy.

These may include:

  • Serious illness or injury

  • Government travel restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Official emergencies

Supporting documentation may be required. Decisions are made at our discretion based on the circumstances provided.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
