The apartment, the location and the surroundings (garden, pool, common areas) are really good

Good facilities.Very nice pool and lawn and shade all over.Sun beds and umbrellas always available.Very quiet.Spacious apartment (4 people). Comfortable kitchen with pretty good appliances although a bit short of utensils and spacious rooms.In general quite well. The apartment with just enough in terms of utensils and amenities.The air conditioning should warn that it comes with a time regulator (half an hour/1 h or 2h)and when it is finished most of the time you have to wait to put it back, a can if you want to put it during very hot nights, forget it.Some small detail to change but in general quite good place although somewhat expensive if this adds that parking is separate and the truth is that parking is necessary in the area almost impossible to park, in general in all Benalmadena Costa parking very complicated ... so the sum at the end somewhat expensive ... almost 1500€/week ... too much.

The apartment is exceptional with everything yiu need. It was also in the nicer part of the resort. The hosts were helpful and accommodating to our needs. Bars, restaurants and beach within a 10 minute stroll. Easy to park close by. To enter to indoor pool you need swim hats and sandals. The duty person told us in no uncertain terms these were a necessary requirement, he was really grumpy and went on and on about it, even though we didn't argue about the rule.
