How do I create an account?

Click “Sign Up” at the top of the page and enter your name, email address, and password. You’ll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

Do I need an account to book?

Yes. An account is required to make a reservation, message a host, or manage bookings.

How do I search for a property?

Use the search bar on the homepage. Enter your destination, travel dates, and number of guests. You can filter results by price, amenities, and property type.

How do I book a property?

  1. Select your dates and number of guests.

  2. Review the listing details and cancellation policy.

  3. Click “Reserve” or “Request to Book.”

  4. Complete payment to confirm your booking.

You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is approved.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed after payment is successfully processed and the host accepts the reservation, if approval is required.

Can I contact the host before booking?

Yes. You can message the host directly through the listing page before making a reservation.

💳 Payments and Fees

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location.

When will I be charged?

Payment is processed at the time of booking confirmation.

Are there additional fees?

The total price shown at checkout may include:

  • Accommodation fees

  • Cleaning fees (if applicable)

  • Service fees

  • Taxes required by local law

All charges are displayed before you complete your reservation.

❌ Cancellations and Changes

How do I cancel a booking?

Log into your account, go to “My Bookings,” select your reservation, and choose “Cancel.”

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy selected by the host.

Can I change my reservation dates?

You can request a modification through your booking page. The host must approve changes. Price differences may apply.

What happens if a host cancels?

If a host cancels your confirmed reservation, you will receive a full refund. We will also help you find alternative accommodation where possible.

🔐 Account and Security

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

How do I update my account information?

Log into your account and go to “Profile Settings” to update your contact details or password.

Is my payment information secure?

We use secure payment processing systems to protect your financial information. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

How do I list my property?

Click “List Your Property” and complete the required information, including photos, pricing, and availability.

Who sets the price?

Hosts set their own pricing, availability, and house rules.

When do hosts receive payment?

Host payout timing depends on the booking terms and payment processing schedule outlined in the hosting agreement.

What should I do in an emergency?

For immediate emergencies, contact local emergency services first. In Spain, dial 112.

After addressing urgent needs, notify the host and contact our support team.

How do I report a problem with a listing?

If a property is significantly different from its description or presents a safety concern, contact the host through the platform. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to our support team.
